Drip Cake Decorating, 2/26 7-9pm
- Advanced Techniques -

In this hands-on workshop, every student will decorate a 6-inch, 4 layer cake to take home at the end of class. Students will make a rich chocolate cake, Mocha Swiss Meringue Buttercream, Dark Chocolate Ganache, and tempered gold chocolate shards before assembling, filling and decorating their cakes.
