Join us for one week of baking everything from cookies to cakes! A great introduction to baking for young bakers, or a chance to hone skills for more advanced students.
Day 1: Breads: Loaf cakes, brioche cinnamon buns, dinner rolls
Day 2: Cookies: Sprinkle cookies, chocolate sandwich cookies, French macarons
Day 3: Pies: Berry handpies, key lime pies, stone fruit tarts
Day 4: Chocolate: Mendiants, truffles, molten chocolate cake
Day 5: Cakes: 6" rainbow cake, cupcake decorating
Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm

(Ages 9-14) June 29-July 3, July 13-July 17, August 10-August 14
early drop-off at 8am, no late pick-ups, BYO lunch!
